Christopher Nolan’s Secret Displeasure with Aamir Khan’s Ghajini

Filmmaker Christopher Nolan is one of Hollywood’s most critically and commercially successful directors. He has directed films such as The Dark Knight Trilogy, Inception, Interstellar, and Dunkirk, all of which have received critical acclaim and massive commercial success. His latest film, Tenet, was partially shot in India and stars Dimple Kapadia and Denzil Smith.

Murugadoss, a popular Tamil and Telugu cinema director, is best known for his action movies. His 2014 film Kaththi featured Suriya in the lead role and was a huge hit. His other directorial ventures include Ramesh Aravind, Varaiya, 7aam Arivu, and Ghajini.

Aamir Khans’s role in the movie was based on the character of Sanjay Singhania, who suffers from anterograde amnesia. The movie follows his struggle to regain his past and find his nemesis. The actor delivers a stellar performance and proves he can act outside his comfort zone. He is also at the peak of his physical fitness and can perform mind-blowing action sequences.

The film was a remake of Murugadoss’s own Tamil feature of the same name, which saw Suriya and Asin in the lead. The film was a huge hit, making over 250 million at the box office worldwide. Murugadoss rewrote the script for the Hindi release and made some changes to suit the sensibilities of the Indian audience and also to comply with the censorship guidelines.

Ghajini features a menacing villain in the form of Pradeep Rawat. The actor delivers a stellar performance and can create terror in his presence. The film is filled with fascinating cat-and-mouse chase scenes between the two protagonists.

Asin makes a confident debut, and her performance as Kalpana is noteworthy. She shines in her flashback sequences and gives a memorable performance.

Jiah Khans’s role is the weakest point in the film. She doesn’t seem to have any talent and reveals everything first to the bad guy and then to Aamir.

Ghajini is a must-watch movie for its mind-blowing action and Aamir’s brilliant performance. The film is also worth watching because of its gripping plot. Don’t expect a deep plot like Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi; Ghajini is about revenge. And it’s for people who have a high attention span. So, watch the film, and let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
